Exchange of Halters and Ropes

Do you want to exchange a halter or rope? Here’s how it works:

1. Create an account or log in

Ordered as a guest?
Create an account using the same email address as your order.

Already have an account?
Log in directly.

2. Select your order

Go to your order in your account.
Select the item you want to exchange.
Click “Exchange”.

3. Register the exchange

Check your address and update it if needed.
The return item is already listed.
In the second line, select the replacement item you want.

4. Create the PDF

Download the exchange PDF.
Print the document.
You must include the PDF in your return shipment.

5. Return

Send the item back to the specified address.

6. Costs

Return shipping: at your expense
Shipping of replacement item: covered by us

7. Important

Without the PDF, the exchange cannot be processed.
The exchange is processed only after we receive the return.
