Right of Withdrawal
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed professional activities.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen (14) days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (for example a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen (14) days from the day on which you inform us about the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts
for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
for the supply of sealed audio or video recordings or computer software if the seal has been removed after delivery.
Returns
The information in this section regarding returns is not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.
Customers are requested to notify the seller of returns in advance (by e-mail or phone) to ensure quick identification of the return.

The goods must be returned as a prepaid parcel. The proof of shipment should be retained.
Customers are requested to avoid damage or contamination of the goods and to return them if possible in the original packaging including all accessories. If the original packaging is no longer available, suitable protective packaging should be used to avoid transport damage.
